Madlib's latest release, Beat Konducta Vol. 1 & 2: Movie Scenes, is a collection of brief instrumentals. Each track was produced to represent a different mood or to create a specific atmosphere. Madlib has been at the top of his game as of late, and this compilation continues that trend. Some of the beats on the album are previews of upcoming projects, including Madvillain's new one.
